Normal Attacks[]
Neutral Attack: Dr. Mario punches forth once, then with the other fist, and then throws a kick. Based on the Punch Punch Kick combo from Super Mario 64.
Ranged Attacks[]
Megavitamins: He launches a Megavitamin forward in a similar fashion to Mario's Fireball, though with different properties.
Special Moves[]
Doctor Finale: It is the same as Mario Finale, but is stronger and instead of fire, Dr. Mario launches giant-sized Megavitamins, which means that there is no fire effect. The sound is also different, as this sound makes the normal Megavitamin contact sound.
